General Shipping:
We understand that you're excited to receive your purchases; however, the increased pressure on our courier service providers may potentially cause reasonable delays on shipping and delivery dates; please bear with us as we try to resolve all issues. Thank you for understanding.
As part of our mission to make quality and organic products accessible to everyone, we internationally. An email confirmation will let you know once the order has been shipped from our Toronto Headquarters. All shipping fees are included in the amount upon checkout. However, taxes and customs fees imposed on the port of destination are out of our control and are, this way, the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Items:
We undertake extra caution in packaging every item so they can reach you in ideal condition. However, on the off chance that the item you received is damaged, please let us know through info@hereditary.studio, and include your order number and photos of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving them.
Our couriers will ensure the products are safely delivered to your address. Nevertheless, lost and stolen packages are out of our control, so please ensure the recipient's address provided is correct and accurate. Otherwise, we cannot help you get your parcel back.
Processing and Delivery Period:
Your order is immediately processed after it is finalized. Processing can take up to 5 business days due to our quality and sustainability protocols that entail small-batch manufacturing to preserve the potency of every product. Upon shipping out, please expect the delivery after 5-7 business days within the US and Canada
International Delivery:
For international destinations, delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your location. Furthermore, please note that any additional charges apart from the delivery fee, which may include taxes, duties, and customs fees of your country, are out of our control. Thus, please be ready for potential delays and additional expenses you may incur.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
In the event that you changed your mind or you want to modify your order after it has been placed, contact us through info@hereditary.studio, we will make the necessary changes for you. However, once the order has been shipped out, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. Please see the section on returns and exchanges for details.
Return and Exchange Policies:
Considering our products are formulated in small batches from all organic ingredients, please understand that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges or accept returns for any other reason than damaged or incorrect products received. For such cases, contact us through info@hereditary.studio within 3 days so that we can walk you through the process.
